Welcome to the website provided by HereSure LLC, a licensed insurance producer agency operating under the consumer-facing brand (DBA) More and Sure, and our affiliated licensed insurance agents (collectively “we,” “us,” or “our”) that link to this website and these “Terms & Conditions” (the “Site”).

The following terms and conditions (collectively “Terms & Conditions”) govern your access to and use of the Site. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before you start accessing or using the Site. By accessing the Site, actively selecting the consent checkbox, or submitting an inquiry for a consultation or quote, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not want to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use the Site.

HereSure LLC is a licensed insurance producer agency, not an insurance carrier. We do not issue insurance policies. Product availability, pricing, coverage, terms, and eligibility may depend on your state, age, individual circumstances, and the applicable carrier’s underwriting results. Submitting an inquiry on this Site does not guarantee policy issuance, application approval, specific pricing, or the conclusion of an insurance contract. Any insurance application, policy issuance, document execution, and premium payment are completed securely through the processes of the applicable insurance carrier with the assistance of a licensed HereSure agent.

Visiting the Site or sending emails constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications. You agree that your use of a keypad, mouse, or other device to select an item, button, mandatory checkbox, or similar act to provide us instructions via the Site constitutes your electronic signature ("ESignature"), acceptance, and agreement as if actually signed by you in writing.

Because the Site is designed to connect you with an agent, by submitting a request form, you consent to receive phone calls, SMS messages, or emails from our internal licensed agents to schedule a consultation, provide an insurance quote, or assist with the application process.

Additional promotional or marketing communications not directly necessary to process your request will be sent only if we have obtained your express consent in accordance with applicable laws (such as the TCPA). You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

YOU AND HERESURE LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. UNLESS BOTH YOU AND HERESURE LLC AGREE OTHERWISE, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING.

14. Modification, Waiver, and Severability

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes are effective immediately when posted. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions means that you accept the changes. No waiver by us of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver.
